Health Care  There have been stories on health care and there are statistics available on the National Archives page.  Range of choice is broad--from health care as a purely private matter to health care as a basic entitlement for all citizens.

40,000	All health care services are provided by the state with no private health care providers.  No costs to health care consumer.  State regulated salaries of health care professionals.
30,000	All citizens guaranteed a specific annual amount of coverage per year with private insurers providing those willing to pay with supplemental coverage.
22,000	State provides a basic package of coverage for all with additional coverage available to consumers through private providers.
17,000	Employer provided private health care coverage with state regulation of costs.
11,000	Employer provided private health care for worker and family with state covering costs for indigent.
10,000	State-provided health care for children under the age of 15 (the age of employment).  No state coverage for adults.
7,000	State supports the efforts of the RNC Charity Hospital system with minimal per patient grant.
0	Health care is a private matter with all costs born by the health care consumer.

All parties are free to choose an intermediate number and develop the appropriate explanation.
