On Friday, we will be exploring the concept of public opinion. Opinion is really the actual expression of attitudes, values and beliefs. Since individuals are not "blank slates", the question becomes: "How do people acquire their attitudes, values, beliefs and opinions?".
The answer: they acquire these things via a process known as:
political socialization
The agents of socialization:
