Small Business/ Farmer Policy
Should government become involved in supporting small entrepreneurs whether in the retail or agricultural industry?  The choice ranges for support for both to support for one but not the other. Support can range from low cost government-backed loans to small subsidies for start-up to targeted subsidies for selected goods (Ministry of Commerce and Industry)  or agricultural products (Ministry of Agriculture).
