Mr. DeLon is entering his 17th year of teaching in the Kettering City Schools. He is a 1986 graduate of Fairmont High School. He graduated from Bowling Green State University in 1990 with a degree in Education, majoring in History and English. Mr. DeLon also has earned a Masters in Educational Leadership from Wright State University. He currently is taking classes at the University of Dayton to receive a Technology Endorsement certificate. His classes for the 2007-2008 school year are World History (freshmen) and Advanced Placement U.S. History (sophomores). Mr. DeLon and his wife Cindy have two children, Kate and Beth, and a dog named Hogan. An avid golfer, Mr. DeLon also enjoys reading historical novels and traveling when school is not in session.
