In the group presentations or group-led discussions, each person should participate actively and equally. Try to time yourselves equitably so that no one person dominates, and no one person does not participate fully.

The presentations should demonstrate some creativity. You may use media instead of or in addition to talking, if you so desire and if and when it seems appropriate. You may use visuals, graphics, and even video clips. Beware, however, of the amount of time video can take up, and, if you do use it, use it carefully. If you wish to use media, consult me in a timely manner, since I can help you with the logistics. You can also do things like organize yourselves in a panel, a forum; or you can use interviews.

The presentations should ideally promote interaction and discussion with the rest of the class.

III. Evaluation

Although you will each be evaluated individually (as part of your group discussion grade), that grade will incorporate your individual participation within the groups and the quality of the overall group's presentation.
