Welcome!

My name is Laura Greulich and I am a junior here at the University of Dayton.

This website is for my HSS 226 class.   I am conducting a survey about mental health. 

If you volunteer to complete my survey, you will respond to a series of questions that deal with thoughts people may have. The questions can be useful in assessing a person's stress level. Some of the questions are pretty invasive so if you do not want to answer a question, feel free to leave that question blank. Your name will not be associated with your responses.

The results will be posted on this website in early December.  Thank you very much for you time to complete the survey and please check back in December for the results.

This survey has been put online for a computer class at the University of Dayton.  All participation is voluntary and the answers will be kept anonymous.  Please respond to the survey as truthfully as possible.  By completing this survey, you will be contributing to the educational experience of UD students.  This survey provides students with the experience of building a website, conducting research, and working with results in a spreadsheet.  The survey questions are taken from the following source:
