Welcome to my HSS Web Site!
The survey you will be taking focuses on locus of control and the
ability to exercise.
To get to my survey just simply click on the EXERCISE SURVEY page!!!
An individual can have either an
internal or external locus of control. For example, an individual with
an external locus of control may feel their actions and lifestyle habits
will have little effect on their health status whereas an individual
with an internal locus of control may feel their actions and lifestyle
habits will directly affect their health status.

The purpose behind this survey is to
find out if there is any type of correlation between exercise and an
individual's locus of control.
The results will be posted sometime in
early December!!
