My name is Christina Johnsen and I attend the University of Dayton.
I am am majoring in Criminal Justice and hope to minor in either Spanish
or Social Work. I graduated from Wellington, a private school in
Columbus, Ohio in 2006. A few things I enjoy doing are helping others,
being around my friends and family, going to the movies, playing
softball, talking on the phone and online, riding horses, and listening
to music. I have a younger brother named Josh. He is 15 years old and my
best friend. I also have Yorkshire Terrier named Riley and a Ball Python
named Monty. My parents are divorced and during the summer I live with
my dad. My dad is an ER Doctor and my mom is a Dietician.
At my high school graduation I was awarded the Ruscilli
Award for balancing
community service, athletics, and academics. During my senior year I
raised 400 desperately needed items for a homeless family shelter I
worked at. I also went to New Orleans in June 2006 for a week and helped
gut 6 houses. I was awarded the Wellington Parent Association Senior
Independent Award or Excellence for this. After graduation I plan to attend the Police Academy and
become a Humane Law Enforcement Officer. A Humane Law Enforcement
Officer has full policing powers, works with the Human Society, and
responds to animal abuse calls.
