Basic Skills Requirement

To complete the basic skills requirements requires 3 steps.

Step 1: English

ENG 101 & ENG 102 or ENG 114 or ENG 198

and

Step 2: Communication

CMM 110, CMM 111, & CMM 113 or CMM 110, CMM 112, & CMM 113

and

Step 3: Math

Any approved math course. Approved math courses are all math courses numbered 114 or higher. Most Communication majors take either MTH 114 or MTH 207.

Note: MTH 102, 204, 205 will not fulfill this requirement.

NOTE: All Communication majors must complete the English, Communication and Math Steps identified above.
