A Day at the Races

June 24, 2000 found various members of the Westendorf family in the winner's circle at
River Downs, courtesy of horse trainer Jim Walsh. Those in attendance had a great time.
Mary John Westendorf picked a winning trifecta, collected $50.00, and stopped betting.
Andy Krebs, determined to cash a ticket, finally collected $2.60 on a winning show bet,
and quit betting, only because it was the last race of the day.
